Safe technical operation procedure for high and low voltage switchgear
1. Work on all and partially charged plates shall be marked with the maintenance equipment and running equipment.
2. In case of large vibration such as drilling on the protection disc, measures should be taken to prevent the failure of the equipment in operation.
The secondary windings of all current transformers and voltage transformers shall be permanently and reliably grounded.
The following security measures shall be taken when the current transformer works on its secondary circuit:
1. It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current circuit;
2. In order to short-circuit the secondary coil of current transformer, short circuit and short circuit must be used.
3. Prohibit any work on the circuit and wire between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminals;
4. When working, there should be special supervision, and insulation tools should be used to stand on the insulation MATS, and the permanent earth connection in the circuit shall not be disconnected.
5. The following security measures shall be taken when working on the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in operation:
1. Strictly prevent short circuit or grounding;
2. Insulation tools should be used, with insulation to cover, and relevant relay protection devices should be discontinued before work when necessary;
3. Special switches and fuses must be installed when receiving the temporary load;
4. In the case of the second time back to the road, in order to prevent the secondary side from turning on one side, the second circuit breaker should be removed, and the next one should be taken.
5. Before the power or voltage withstand test of the secondary circuit, the duty personnel and relevant personnel shall be notified and the personnel shall be sent to supervise the site, and the circuit shall be checked to ensure that no one can be pressurized before working.
6. Check the staff of the power failure protection and secondary circuit, without the permission of the duty officer, no switching operation shall be conducted.
